Dear Friends of the BTBC:
I am excited to announce that the Bioscience & Technology Business Center (BTBC) is now open for business. The BTBC was delivered July 15th, 2010, on schedule and under budget, and welcomed its first tenant, Propylon into the building on September 1st. The BTBC's prospect pipeline is growing, and several companies have expressed interest in moving into the center later this year or early next year. As we continue to develop our programs and services, and bring new tenants into the incubator, this email newsletter will be distributed to our partners, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates.
As always, thank you for your ongoing support.
Matthew McClorey Executive Director Bioscience & Technology Business Center
